About modification of the Regulations on state examination in the field of technical information security

According to the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2014 No. 411, for the purpose of enhancement of state examination in the field of technical information security I order:

1. Bring in the Regulations on state examination in the field of technical information security approved by the order of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine of May 16, 2007 No. 93, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 16, 2007 at No. 820/14087 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in Item 1.6 of Section 1:

"KTZI is created in ITS which according to regulating documents of system of technical information security of ND TZI 2.5-005-99 "Classification of the automated systems and standard functional profiles of security of the processed information from unauthorized access", the approved order of Department of special telecommunication systems and information security of the Security Service of Ukraine of April 28, 1999 is classified No. 22 as the automated system of the class "1", in which for information security from unauthorized access including for anti-virus protection, the means having the existing certificate of conformity or the positive expert opinion by results of state examination in the field of TZI, and implementation of measures of protection of information from leakage on technical channels are used by the act of certification of complex of technical information security which is attested registered in accordance with the established procedure;";
