About establishment of procedure for submission of notifications on opening/closing of accounts of political batches / the local organizations of political parties in banks of Ukraine in Audit Chamber of Ukraine and the National agency concerning prevention of corruption
In pursuance of requirements of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About political parties in Ukraine" and according to Articles 7, of 15, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 56 Laws of Ukraine:
1. Banks of Ukraine shall submit the notification on opening/account termination of political batch / the local organization of political party to Audit Chamber of Ukraine and the National agency concerning prevention of corruption in the form given in appendix to this resolution.
2. To department of payment systems and innovative development (Shatsky S. S.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine for use in work.
3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
