About approval of the Procedure of verification and monitoring of the state payments

According to part two of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About verification and monitoring of the state payments" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure of verification and monitoring of the state payments which is applied. 

2. Determine that bodies which perform the state payments and also central and the local executive bodies, other state bodies, local government bodies, banks, funds of obligatory national social and pension insurance, organization, the organization and the company falling within the scope of management of state bodies which are owners, managers and/or administrators of the automated information systems, registers, databases of information on recipients provide to the Ministry of Finance the information necessary for implementation of verification and monitoring of the state payments determined by the legislation for appointment, charge and/or implementation of the state payments and influences determination of the right and the amount of such payments, including personal data.

3. No. 205 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 03.03.2020
