About enforcement of the Law on production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products
In pursuance of provisions of the Law N 1100-XIV of June 30, 2000. "About production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products" (The official monitor, 2000, N 130-132, Art. 917) DECIDES: the Government of the Republic of Moldova
1. Approve:
Regulations on the State inspectorate for supervision of alcoholic products according to the appendix N1;
Regulations on the mode of specialized warehouses and procedure for their registration according to the appendix N2;
Regulations on procedure for determination of quality of the alcoholic products which are subject to marking easily soiled qualities according to the appendix N3.
2. Determine that the economic agents having the license for activities for production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products shall carry out inventory count of remaining balance of ethyl alcohol and hard alcoholic drinks as of May 1, 2001 on the basis of the existing regulations and to provide data on quantity of remaining balance of ethyl alcohol and hard alcoholic drinks to the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Processing Industry.
3. To impose control of carrying out inventory count on the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Processing Industry.
