Article 1. Bring in the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 9, the Art. 440) the following changes:

"Article 11.

If the owner of the parcel of land (land share) of agricultural purpose performs on it any construction, except as specified, provided by the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic, or uses it for the nonagricultural purposes, then the authorized state body introduces the prevention.

In case of failure to meet requirements of authorized state body the authorized state body has the right to begin the procedure of withdrawal of the parcel of land (land share) for benefit of the state judicially.".
