According to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About personal data protection", I order to the Standard procedure for processing of personal data approved by the order of the Representative of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for human rights of January 8, 2014 to No. 1/02-14 and Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423,:

1. Approve the Procedure for processing of personal data in base of personal data and in the Single Children information and analytical system which is applied.

2. And adoptions (P.C. Sausage) to provide to department of protection of the rights of children submission in accordance with the established procedure of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister concerning the European integration Ustimenko S. O.
