Paragraph two of Item 8 of the Section III of Provisions on the Commission on questions of the consideration of claims in the field of state registration approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of January 12, 2016 No. 37/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 13, 2016 for No. 42/28172, after words "legislation regulations;" to add with words "data on need of creation of protocols on administrative offenses, responsibility for which making is provided by parts one - the fourth Article 166-11 - and article 166-23 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses;".
