About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 15, 1996 No. 73 "About approval of the Regulations on control of compliance of the immunobiological medicines applied in medical practice, to requirements of the state and international standards" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1996, No. 5, Art. 178; 2013, No. 39, the Art. 1366) words to "Public service on medicines" shall be replaced with words the Official Bulletin of Ukraine to "Public service on medicines and control of drugs".

2. According to the procedure of issue of permissions to the right of import to the territory of Ukraine, export from the territory of Ukraine or transit through the territory of Ukraine of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors, No. 146 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 3, 1997 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 6, Art. 78; 2001, No. 13, Art. 556; 2004, No. 19, Art. 1319; 2007, No. 93, Art. 3413; 2010, No. 78, Art. 2762; 2011, No. 85, Art. 3112; 2014, No. 4, Art. 101; 2016, No. 4, Art. 239):

2) in appendices No. 1 - 3 to the Procedure:
