1. Approve:
form of the certificate on accreditation of the educational program according to appendix;
Procedure for registration, renewal, issue, storage and accounting of certificates on accreditation of the educational program which is applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective in six months from the date of state registration of the National agency on quality assurance of the higher education.
