About approval of the Procedure for recognition of the scientific degrees received in foreign higher educational institutions

According to part three of article 64 of the Law of Ukraine "About education", to Item 17 parts one of article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education", to the Law of Ukraine "About ratification of the Convention on recognition of qualifications of the higher education in the European region", order to Items 37 and 38 of the Procedure for the award of scientific degrees approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 24, 2013 to No. 567 and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 1999 No. 1329 "About some questions of recognition in Ukraine of diplomas about award of academic degrees":

1. Approve the Procedure for recognition of the scientific degrees received in foreign higher educational institutions which is applied.

2. To department of certification of personnel of the top skills and licensing (Shevtsov A.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Kovtunts V. V.
