About approval of Changes in some orders of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine and the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine
According to the paragraph of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 10, 2014 No. 442 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies" and to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 16, 2015 No. 1378-r "Questions of Public service on safety on transport" I order the fourth:
1. Approve Changes in some orders of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine and the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine which are attached.
2. To provide to public service of Ukraine on safety on transport:
1) submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
2) promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
