According to the subitem 29) of Item 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 8, 2003 "About seed farming" I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) form of the description of grade with the conclusion on patent grant, according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) form of the conclusion about patentability of grade, according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to appendix 3 to this order.

3. To provide to department of production and conversion of crop products of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let, and also in the Republican center of legal information for entering into reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the intranet portal of state bodies.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
