1. Establish rates for oil transportation services on the bulk distribution lines of Gomeltransneft Friendship and Polotsktransneft Friendship open joint stock companies located in the territory of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of September 28, 2016 No. 30 "About rates for oil transportation services on the bulk distribution lines located in the territory of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.10. 2016, 8/31296).
3. This resolution becomes effective since October 12, 2016.
