About introduction of new samples of the car driver license and registration certificate of the vehicle

For the purpose of automation of process of production, issue and accounting of certificates on the right of control of vehicles and registration certificates of vehicles, and also strengthening of protection them from counterfeits.

I ORDER:

1. Enact in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) certificate sample on the right of control of vehicles (car driver license) (appendix No. 1).

Determine that the car driver licenses issued till December 10, 2005 confirm the right to control of vehicles before the expiration of their action;

2) sample of the registration certificate of the vehicle of the Republic of Kazakhstan (appendix No. 2).

3) coupon sample to the car driver license (coupon) (appendix No. 4).

Determine that the coupon is means of fixing of administrative punishments and other functions according to the legislation.

The coupon is not subject to withdrawal including in case of withdrawal of the car driver license, and also in cases of deprivation of the right of vehicle control.

2. Approve:

The list of alphabetic codes of the areas of the Republic of Kazakhstan applied in case of production of car driver licenses and registration certificates of vehicles (appendix N 3).

3. Provide broad informing the population, and also the interested ministries, departments, the companies, organizations and the organizations on enforcement of new car driver licenses and registration certificates of vehicles and procedure for their issue.
