According to Item 6 (1) the Procedure for appointment and payment of compensation to physical persons which provide social services, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of April 29, 2004 to No. 558 (with changes), we ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for provision by the Public fiscal service of Ukraine for information from the State register of physical persons - taxpayers about availability of the income and sources of their obtaining by physical persons which provide social services which is applied.
2. Determine the parties of exchange of information structural divisions concerning social protection of the population of district, district public administrations, executive bodies in the city of Kiev city, district in the cities (in case of their creation) councils and the Public fiscal service of Ukraine.
Determine administrators of exchange who provide and perform technical support of the procedure of giving of requests and receipt of answers, the state company "Data Processing Center of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine" and the Public fiscal service of Ukraine.
