About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on the main pipeline transport No. 592-XIII of September 26, 1995 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, Art. No. 8-9, 78), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Item h) Article 2 to state in the following edition:

d) participation within the competence of control established by the law over activities of participants of the market of oil products;

e) consideration and permission within the competence of the conflicts between participants of the market of oil products;

f) creation of balances of oil products by the Agency.".
