According to the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity", I order to the Regulations on the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 382, for the purpose of reduction of lists of the questions which are subject to check when implementing planned actions for the state energy supervision (control), requirements of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 22, 2008 No. 75 "About approval of criteria of distribution of subjects of managing on risk degree of their activities in the field of power industry and the sphere of heat supply and determination of frequency of implementation of actions of the state supervision (control)" (with changes):
1. Approve Changes in the Act of implementation of action for the state energy supervision (control) approved by the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of November 15, 2010 No. 473, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 29, 2010 on No. 1374/18669, which are applied.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of power industry this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
