About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of March 23, 2012 No. 158 "About approval of standards of provision of services of social support to the population by the principle of "single window"

According to the paragraph of article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About social services" I order the fourteenth:

1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of March 23, 2012 No. 158 "About approval of standards of provision of services of social support to the population by the principle of "single window", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 10, 2012 on No. 525/20838 (further - the order), the following changes:

add Item 1 with new subitems 1. 13, 1.14 and 1.15 following contents which are applied:

"1.13. The standard of rendering service to destination and payment of the monthly monetary assistance to person living together with the disabled person of I or II groups owing to mental disturbance who according to the conclusion of the medical commission of medical institution needs permanent foreign care, on care of it.

1.14. The standard of provision of service to destination and payment of the government public assistance to disabled people since the childhood and to handicapped children.

1.15. The standard of provision of service to destination and payment of the allowance on leaving to the government public assistance.".

2. To provide to department of the government public assistance (Muzychenko V. V.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
