According to article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About medicines", I order to Item 2 of the Procedure for state registration (re-registration) of medicines approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 26, 2005 No. 376,:
1. Approve the Procedure for conducting examination concerning authenticity of registration materials on medicine which moves on state registration for the purpose of its purchase by the specialized organization which is applied.
2. To provide to management of pharmaceutical activities and quality of pharmaceutical products (Lyaskovsky T.N.) in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. I reserve control of execution of this order.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
