1. Approve the Technique of determination of labor input and cost of works on national standartization which is applied.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulation and consumer policy of October 19, 2007 No. 274 "About approval of the Technique of determination of labor input and cost of works on standardization", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 7, 2007 at No. 1251/14518;

the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of September 17, 2013 No. 1107 "About modification of the Technique of determination of labor input and cost of works on standardization", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 7, 2013 on No. 1723/24255.

3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of technical regulation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
