According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The southern Kazakhstan state pharmaceutical academy" of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to "Southern Kazakhstan State Pharmaceutical Academy" joint-stock company (further - society) with absolute participation of the state.

2. Determine core activity of society the higher education.

3. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) approval of the charter of society;

2) state registration in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) transfer of right of possession and use of the state block of shares of society to the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
