1. Approve Regulations on the industry Public Records Office of materials of hydrometeorological observations of Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of archives of Ukraine and the Ministry of Ukraine concerning emergency situations and for protection of the population against effects of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash against August 9, 2007 No. 121/545 "About approval of the Regulations on the industry Public Records Office of the Public hydrometeorological service of the Ministry of Ukraine concerning emergency situations and for protection of the population against effects of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 11, 2007 for No. 1057/14324.
3. To strategic development department of judicial authorities of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Kozlovskaya N. A.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
