Declare invalid the order of the State committee of communication and informatization of Ukraine of July 18, 2000 No. 103 "About approval of the Regulations on the departmental militarized protection of the State committee of communication and informatization of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 23, 2001 on No. 57/5248.

3. - to the chief of 1 department of Department of legal work of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine to provide to the deputy director of department submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

4. To provide to the CEO of the State company of special communication proper execution of the Provision.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

6. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine.
