1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for consideration in customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus of written and oral addresses of citizens.
2. To chiefs of managements and independent departments of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus, chiefs of customs:
2.1. organize studying of the Instruction about procedure for consideration in customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus of written and oral treatment of citizens of employees and provide accomplishment of the requirements containing in it;
