According to part two of Article 8 and Item 6 parts one of article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" (with changes), order to the subitem 78 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 16, 2014 No. 630, to item 4 of the Regulations on Single state electronic base concerning the education approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 13, 2011 No. 752 (with changes):
1. Approve Regulations on the Register of higher educational institutions of Single state electronic base concerning education (further - the Provision) which is applied.
2. To the state company "Inforesurs" (Byelik A. N.) provide permanent functioning of the Register of higher educational institutions of Single state electronic base concerning education according to the Provision approved by this order.
3. To provide to management concerning information policy and communications free and open entry of persons to the Register of higher educational institutions of Single state electronic base concerning education through the official website of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and promulgation of information containing in this register on the single state web portal of open data according to the procedure established by the legislation.
