For the purpose of implementation of the Order of the Government No. 974 of 8.15.2016 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for declaring of customs value of goods" which becomes effective from 19.11.2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 265-276/1057 from 19/08/2016) and also the Order No. 296-O of 19.08.2016 on approval of the Regulations on the decision on classification of goods based on Art. 12 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000 (it is repeatedly published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of January 1, 2007) and item 8 of Regulations of the organization and functioning of Customs Service, appendix No. 3 to the Decision of the Government No. 4 of January 2, 2007 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 3 - 5, 15) I ORDER to the Art.:
1. Of 18.12.2006 about approval of Methodology of processing of the customs declaration by information method to make the following changes and additions to appendix to the Order of Customs Service No. 480:
1) In Item 1 of the paragraph of v):
- "the wrong or unreal data concerning" shall be replaced with words words "wrong, unreal data or in the absence of the documents concerning".
2) In Item 20 the paragraph of h) to state in the following edition:
- "h) if the customs authority makes the decision on delay of final determination of customs value and/or delay of final determination of commodity code, it:
- opens and fills in with information method the document ASYCUDA World "Act de inspectie", writing down about the taken measures for the order of the required procedure, including the constituted amount of sufficient guarantee, after that transfers the customs declaration to the following stage of registration".
