About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of July 22, 2009 No. 529
According to the subitem 4 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 467, and for the purpose of updating and effective implementation and development of form system of providing healthcare institutions of Ukraine with medicines I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of July 22, 2009 No. 529 "About creation of form system of providing healthcare institutions with medicines", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 29, 2009 on No. 1003/17019, which are applied.
2. To submit to department concerning quality of the medical and pharmaceutical care (T. Donchenko) this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. The order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister R. Salyutin.
