1. Approve "The list of operational purpose of non-residential premises (construction objects) with the number of floors no more 1, no more than 4 meters high, flights no more than 6 meters long, with the total area which is not exceeding 500 square meters and also with the number of floors no more 2, flights no more than 6 meters long, each floor high no more than 4 meters, the total area which is not exceeding 500 square meters to which operation issue of the simplified permission is applied constructed before entry into force of the Town-planning and construction code of the Azerbaijan Republic on the project approved with local executive body or the construction project which did not pass the examination on the parcel of land which is in property, use and lease according to the solution of local executive body" (appendix No. 1).
