About modification of the list of separate goods to which rates of import customs duties according to the Free-trade agreement between the Eurasian Economic Union and its state members, on the one hand, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on the other hand, of May 29, 2015, and the sizes of such rates are applied

Due to the acceptance of new edition of the single Commodity nomenclature of the foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union based on the 6th edition of the Harmonized commodity description and coding system of World Customs Organization and according to Item 1 of article 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the list of separate goods to which rates of import customs duties according to the Free-trade agreement between the Eurasian Economic Union and its state members, on the one hand, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on the other hand, of May 29, 2015, and the sizes of such rates, No. approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 19, 2016 36, the following changes are applied:

a) exclude line items according to appendix No. 1;

b) include line items according to appendix No. 2;

c) add with footnote with sign "***" the following content:

"<***> It is necessary to be guided both by code of the CN FEA EEU, and description of goods.".

2. This Decision becomes effective since January 1, 2017.
