About approval of changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine

According to article 55 of the Law of Ukraine "About road transport" and for the purpose of streamlining of system of registration, issue and use of the permissions necessary for implementation of international carriages of loads road transport, I order:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Changes in the Procedure for registration and issue of permissions to trip on the territories of foreign states in case of accomplishment of transportations of passengers and loads by road transport in the international message, their exchange and accounting approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of August 20, 2004 No. 757, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2004 at No. 1075/9674 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of April 19, 2013 No. 239);

2) Changes in the Procedure for carrying out tender and issue of allowing documents of the European Conference of Ministers of Transport approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of August 20, 2004 No. 757, No. 1076/9675 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2004 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of April 19, 2013 No. 239).

2. To provide to department of road transport:

1) provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;

2) promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
