1. Approve on representation of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 4-spe (Ministry of Communications) "Report on development of cellular mobile telecommunication" it (is applied) and to enact it starting with the report for the I quarter 2017;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 4-spe (Ministry of Communications) "Report on development of cellular mobile telecommunication" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for the I quarter 2017.
2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on the legal entities rendering services of cellular mobile telecommunication based on special permission (license).
3. Declare invalid the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of September 11, 2013 No. 193 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 4-spe (Ministry of Communications) "Report on development of cellular mobile telecommunication" and instructions for its filling" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 20.09. 2013, 7/2576).
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 25, 2017.
