1. According to part eight of Article 23 of the Budget code of Ukraine to perform within the total amount of the budget settings provided to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources for 2016 in the general fund of the government budget, expense reallocation of development in the amount 748, by 1 thousand hryvnias by reduction of their amount according to the program 2407800 "Reconstruction of hydraulic engineering constructions of protective arrays of the Dnieper water storage basins" and increases in their amount according to the program 2408800 "Implementation of the state investment projects of closing of storages PZRO "III queue of the CNPP" and preservation of storage No. 29 PZRO "Buryakovka".
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 28.02.2025 No. 232
3. Provide:
To the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources - approval of expense reallocation, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the budget;
To the Ministry of Finance - introduction after the specified approval of corresponding changes into list of the government budget.
