About introduction of amendments to some Orders of the Ministry of Health

According to the paragraph to the fourth Item 9 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 10, 2014 No. 442 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies", to the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267, and for the purpose of reduction of own regulatory legal acts in compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine I order:

1. In Item 2 of the order of the Ministry of Health of October 17, 2012 No. 812 "About approval of Rules of production (production) and quality control of medicines in drugstores", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 2, 2012 at No. 1846/22158 (with changes), words to "Public service of Ukraine on medicines, public services on medicines in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol" shall be replaced with words to "Public service on medicines and control of drugs and its territorial authorities".

2. Approve Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Health which are attached.

3. To provide to management of pharmaceutical activities and quality of pharmaceutical products submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. The order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the deputy minister Ilik R. R.
