1. Approve Regulations on licensing of activities for implementation of wholesale trade according to appendix.

2. Determine that:

the allowing certificates on the right of implementation of wholesale trade granted to business entities before entry into force of this resolution are effective before the expiration of their effective period;

the existing allowing certificates on the right of implementation of wholesale trade can be renewed in the license for implementation of wholesale trade without collection of the additional charges based on the submitted application of business entity and the allowing certificate on the right of implementation of wholesale trade. The term of renewal shall not exceed two working days;

after effective period of allowing certificates on the right of implementation of wholesale trade business entities obtain licenses for implementation of wholesale trade in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas, cities and areas till January 1, 2006 the organization of works on production of forms and issue of licenses for implementation of wholesale trade.
