About modification of some regulatory legal acts in the field of veterinary medicine
According to article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2015", and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine I order to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 23, 2011 No. 500,:
1. The paragraph the eleventh Item 1 of the order of State department of veterinary medicine of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine of June 17, 2003 No. 47 "About approval of the Regulations on the state laboratory of veterinary medicine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 17, 2003 for No. 607/7928, to exclude.
2. Declare invalid the Regulations on the state laboratory of the veterinary medicine located on the location of the subject of managing concerning face of animals, conversion, storage, transportation and sales of products of animal origin, approved by the order of State department of veterinary medicine of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine of June 17, 2003 No. 47, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 17, 2003 for No. 616/7937.
3. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts in the field of veterinary medicine which are attached.
4. To provide to department of livestock production in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
