According to article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state statistics", and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of Public service of statistics of Ukraine in compliance with the current legislation I order to Item 9 of the Regulations on Public service of statistics of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 23, 2014 No. 481,:

1. Recognize invalid the order of the State committee of statistics of Ukraine of July 13, 2006 as No. 318 "About approval of the Instruction for filling of form of the state statistical observation No. 2-B the "Report on release, placement and security circulation" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 26, 2006 for No. 874/12748, and the order of July 20, 2009 No. 271 "About approval of the Instruction for filling of form of the state statistical observation No. 1-B the "Report on financial results" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 4, 2009 for No. 731/16747.

2. To submit to department of structural statistics and statistics of finance of the companies (Kuznetsov N. S.) this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
