About approval of the Instruction concerning filling of form of the state statistical observation No. 1-B "The report on financial results"
According to Articles 4, of 14, 18 Laws of Ukraine "About the state statistics", for the purpose of further enhancement of the state statistical observations according to the statistics of finance of the companies and receipt of complete, comprehensive and objective statistical information ORDER:
1. Approve the Instruction concerning filling of form of the state statistical observation of N 1-B "The report on financial results" which is applied.
2. To respondents when filling form of the state statistical observation of N 1-B "The report on financial results" to use the Instruction approved by this order.
3. To department of cross-industry statistics of the companies (I.M. Bug):
3.1. Submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3.2. Bring the Instruction approved by this order to permission of territorial authorities of the state statistics.
4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2010.
5. Declare invalid since January 1, 2010 the order of Goskomstat of 04.08.2008 N 265 "About approval of the Instruction concerning filling of form of the state statistical observation of N 1-B "Report on financial results and receivables and payables" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 22.08.2008 for N 780/15471 (with changes).
