"1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Health on realization since December 1, 2015 of pilot project on implementation of state regulation of the prices of insulin medicines (further - pilot project).".
2. To state paragraphs of the first and second of the subitem 2 of Item 2 in the following edition:
"2) since January 1, 2016:
turnover of medicines of insulin, in particular compensations of their cost at the expense of means of local budgets, is performed at the reference prices (compensation prices) after entering of such medicines in accordance with the established procedure into the register of the reference prices (compensation prices),".
