According to Item 90 of the Technique of assessment of property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 10, 2003 No. 1891 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 25, 2015 1033), and for the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of carrying out the standardized assessment of blocks of shares of the public joint stock companies formed in the course of privatization (corporatisation), offered for competitive sale, I order to No.:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for determination of estimated value of blocks of shares of the joint-stock companies offered for competitive sale, approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of January 23, 2004 No. 105, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 31, 2004 at No. 135/8734 (in edition of the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of March 23, 2016 No. 577) which are applied.

2. To provide to department of assessment of property, property rights and professional estimative activity submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund according to distribution of functional obligations.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
