1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for provision of the conclusions concerning calculations of economically reasonable planned expenses when forming rates for separate types of housing and communal services, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of August 14, 2013 967, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 6, 2013 for No. 1545/24077, which are applied.

2. To development department of real production sector (Pendzin A. V.) submit in the procedure established by the legislation this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Chairman of the State inspectorate of Ukraine for control of the prices Kiselyov A. V.
