About approval of standard states of educational and methodical offices under district (city) departments (managements) of education

For the purpose of enhancement and development of techniques of training in the general education, preschool and out-of-school educational organizations, according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve standard states of educational and methodical offices under district (city) departments (managements) of education according to appendix 1.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 30.09.2019 No. 511.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 05.03.2021 No. 72

4. To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- perform the expenses following from this resolution within the means of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic provided by the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2016;

- together with the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Public personnel service of the Kyrgyz Republic (under approval) to handle issue of reference of workers of educational and methodical offices under district (city) departments (managements) of education to category of the government civil servants and following the results of work till December 1, 2016 to make specific proposals in Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
