About optimization of structure of the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of optimization of activities of the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on Department of forest ecosystems and especially protected natural territories of the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 19, 2014 No. 173 the following changes and amendment:
- in the name and in all text of the word of "Department of forest ecosystems and especially protected natural territories" in different cases shall be replaced with words "Development department of forest ecosystems" in the corresponding cases;
in Regulations on Department of forest ecosystems and especially protected natural territories of the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in the name and in all text of the word "Department of Forest Ecosystems and Especially Protected Natural Territories" in different cases shall be replaced with words "Development department of forest ecosystems" in the corresponding cases;
