About modification of some Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission on the technological documents regulating information exchange in case of realization by means of the integrated information system of foreign and mutual trade of general processes
According to Item 30 of the Protocol on information and communication technologies and information exchange within the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix No. 3 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Bring in decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of change according to appendix.
2. Determine that requirements with codes 7, 8 and 15, "The forming and maintaining the unified register of conformity assessment bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union specified in tables 11 and 12 of Regulations of information exchange between authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Eurasian economic commission in case of realization by means of the integrated information system of foreign and mutual trade of general process (including certification bodies, test laboratories (centers))", No. approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of May 10, 2016 38, and requirements with codes 24 and 25, "The forming and maintaining unified registers specified in table 7 of Regulations of information exchange between authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Eurasian economic commission in case of realization by means of the integrated information system of foreign and mutual trade of general process of the issued or accepted documents on assessment of conformity to requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (technical regulations of the Customs union)" in the part concerning the unified register of the issued certificates of conformity and the registered declarations of conformity No. approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of May 10, 2016 39, are applied since January 1, 2018.
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

in table 8 of the word "P.TS.02.MSG.011" shall be replaced with words "P.TS.02.MSG.010";
