1. Approve the enclosed Rules and criteria of reference of the cities to groups, the organizations - to categories on civil defense.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 1998 No. 1369 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About Civil defense" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1998, No. 50, the Art. 467).

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
