According to article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of production, production and use of precious metals and gemstones and control of transactions with them", No. 442 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies" and to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 22, 2015 No. 225 "About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine" I order to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 10, 2014:

1. Approve Changes in some orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine concerning implementation of transactions with precious metals and gemstones which are applied.

2. To provide to management of state policy in the field of assay supervision and documents of the strict reporting (V.V.'s Trojan) in accordance with the established procedure:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Makeev A. L.
