1. Approve Changes in the Procedure of preparation for privatization and sale of shares (shares) belonging to the state in the authorized capital of the economic societies, other economic organizations and companies founded based on consolidation of property of different patterns of ownership and located in the territory of Ukraine or beyond its limits, approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of May 22, 2012 No. 723, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 12, 2012 for No. 937/21249, which are applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of the interstate property relations and investing activities submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
