"c) determine the list of the contracts signed with the organizations which are under jurisdiction of the Republic of Turkey on delivery of the goods and contracts signed with the organizations which are under jurisdiction of the Republic of Turkey and with the organizations controlled by citizens of the Republic of Turkey and (or) the organizations which are under jurisdiction of the Republic of Turkey on delivery of works (services), meaning that the special economic measures provided by this Decree concerning such goods, works (services) are not applied;".

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
