According to Item 19 of article 18 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine, article 255 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses, the subitem 93 of item 4 of the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2014 No. 411, for the purpose of improvement of fire safety of objects of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine I order:

1. Approve the Instruction on the organization and ensuring fire safety in Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine which is applied.

2. To the head of department of fire safety and labor protection of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine:

provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;

after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to send this order to the Ukrainian research institution of civil protection of Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations for entering into the register of regulatory legal acts concerning fire safety.
