About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning assistance to children of the died supporter

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. The second offer of part five of article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About the government public assistance to disabled people since the childhood and to handicapped children" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 1, Art. 2; 2005, 16, the Art. 261) after words "loss of the supporter" to add No. with words "(the government public assistance to the child of the died supporter provided by the Law of Ukraine "About the government public assistance to persons who do not have pension entitlements and to disabled people")".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About the government public assistance to persons who do not have pension entitlements and to disabled people" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 33-34, of Art. 404; 2011, No. 39, Art. 389; 2012, Art. No. 12-13, 82):

"person who has no pension entitlement - the child of the died supporter (including given rise before the expiration of 10 months from the date of the death of the supporter) who on the date of death had no the insurance years of service necessary for award of pension for the disabled person of III group (further - the child of the died supporter), person which reached 63 years and has no pension entitlement according to the law.
