For the purpose of realization of item 4 of the Protocol on technical regulation within the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix No. 9 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and according to Item 40 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for development and adoption of lists of the international and regional (interstate) standards, and in case of their lack of national (state) standards as a result of which application on voluntary basis observance of requirements of the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union, and lists of the international and regional (interstate) standards, and in case of their absence – the national (state) standards containing rules and methods of researches (testing) and measurements, including the rules of sampling necessary for application and execution of requirements of the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union and implementation of assessment of conformity of objects of technical regulation is provided.

2. Determine that:

The procedure approved by this Decision is not applied if procedures of public discussion of drafts of lists of the international and regional (interstate) standards, and in case of their absence - national (state) standards as a result of which application on voluntary basis observance of requirements of the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union is provided and lists of the international and regional (interstate) standards, and in case of their absence – the national (state) standards containing rules and methods of researches (testing) and measurements, including the rules of sampling necessary for application and execution of requirements of the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union and implementation of assessment of conformity of objects of technical regulation were begun or complete before date of the introduction of this Decision in force;

development and approval of lists of the standards specified in the paragraph the second this Item are performed according to Regulations on procedure for development and approval of lists of the international and regional standards, and in case of their lack of national (state) standards of the state members of the Customs union providing observance of requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union and necessary for implementation of assessment (confirmation) of compliance, the approved Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 25, 2012 to No. 306.

3. Declare invalid the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 25, 2012 No. 306 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for development and approval of lists of the international and regional standards, and in case of their absence - national (state) standards of the state members of the Customs union providing observance of requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union and necessary for implementation of assessment (confirmation) of compliance" from the effective date decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission on adoption of lists of the standards specified in the paragraph the second Item 2 of this Decision.

4. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission on modification of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of June 20, 2012 No. 48.
